JCI Shakopee at the NHL Alumni Game

Hockey Sticks

On April 13, a group of former NHL players stepped on the ice to support the Parkinson’s community. This annual event gives fans an opportunity to meet former professional hockey players and experience an exhibition game with local youth hockey coaches facing-off against NHL alumni. The proceeds of the event will benefit the Parkinson’s Foundation Minnesota Chapter.

Through our partnership with Shakopee Parks and Rec, we were invited to host a table at the event with games and prizes. It was a great opportunity to highlight our organization, survey members of the community on their interests and concerns, and help support an amazing event!
