  • Management:
    • 2021 Major Ways and Means Project Dates: 
      • Now Accepting Applications for Chairs and Co-Chairs.
        • We would like to have a Chair person by mid-February, especially for Fest so we can work with MidAmerica.
      • Rock The Garden: Canceled 🙁
        • Cancelled due to the pandemic.
      • Big Taste of Fun: June 19
        • Currently on.
      • Scott County Fair: July 28-31
        • Currently on.
      • Ren Fest Beer Sales: Aug 21-Oct 3
        • Currently on.
      • Trail of Terror: Dates currently unknown
        • Currently on.
  • Membership: 
    • Game Night/Drawing Contest
      • Next Tuesday is the game night.  The first hour will be family friendly… there will be a turkey coloring contest and a scavenger hunt.  The second hour will be only for adults and we will be playing All Bad Cards.
    • Q4 Renewals
      • If people haven’t paid they need to get their information – Paypal probably.
      • Everything will be done by the end of the year.
    • New Member Orientation Brainstorming Session Results
      • Last month they put on the new member orientation.  They went through the slideshow given to them by JCI USA; it was too dense.  They plan on taking the slideshow and making it into a series of videos.
  • Community:
    • Letters to Santa
      • She reached out to Carla to get the information.  An email was sent out today to get the pertinent information (start date, end date, etc.).
    • Community Budget
      • $1,000 in CD4 moved to CD3.
      • $753.23 in CD11 moved to CD3.
      • $1,000 in CD32 moved to CD3.
      • Motion made by Kothenbeutel to do the transfers; 2nd by Kramer.  Motion carried.
    • Events With Plans for Next Year
      • Egg Hunt 2021 for Sat. March 22nd
  • Individual Development:

  • State Delegate
    • Annual Convention Jan 8th-10th – Early Bird Registration Pushed Out to 11/30 https://fb.me/e/1tObnu1B0
      • Deadline has been pushed out due to the pandemic.  There are no more people that can do the registration.  The meeting will probably be moved to virtual.
    • Carolyn Competed at National Convention in Individual Debate
      • She won Individual Debate, but didn’t make it to Team USA for National Conference for debate.

9: Presidential Comments

  • Dec 18th @6pm A&I.  Awards will happen at 7pm.  Everything will be virtual.  MCs will be PJ Zimmerman and David Waldorf.
