It is in our core values to help our community members in times of financial hardship. We also understand that asking for assistance may be a difficult thing to do. Please fill out our hardship donation request form to help us determine how we can best support your request. This information may be shared with the Board of Directors and the general membership (as appropriate).
Member Check Request/Reimbursement
Check request forms must be filled out completely with all detailed receipts emailed to the Treasurer. Check reimbursements will be verifed by the chairperson first before payment is sent. If a chairperson is not present the verification will go to the Area VP for approval.
