  2. Special Guests: State President Gwen Labovitch 
    • It is in Bloomington on January 14-16.  They need manpower for the weekend (4 for registration and 2 watching each door), which pays $500 to the chapter.
    • Need to know by October GM Meeting if you want to do it.

  1. General Business and Reports
  • Management:
    • Budget Scrub
      • It’s late, but we want to reallocate MD money, CD money, create a line for CAP Agency, reallocate PR money, and SD money.
      • Motion made by M. Arnold to accept the recommendations to accept the budget as written; 2nd by A. Weidenhamer; Motion carries.
    • Fest Update and Approximate Numbers 
      • We are looking pretty good.
      • We are up 2,000 in cups, 382 kegs blown so far.
      • We are on pace from last year.
      • We are down $40,000 from 2019.  With 2 weekends left, we should be able to make it up.
      • No contract yet.  We haven’t seen the workbook yet.
      • It’s been a rough year for us.  Barely any communication with Mid-America.
      • We are working very very hard.
      • Thank you everyone for your help.
    • Trail of Terror CANCELLED for 2021
      • We haven’t found a chair person yet, so we are pulling the project.
  • Membership: 
    • Plus 11 for the Year, 83 Active Members
      • Yay!  More members.
    • Still Some Outstanding Dues to Collect for this Year
      • We have a few people who haven’t paid their dues for this year yet.
    • Swearing in New Members
      • 2 new members… Brian and Romulus.
  • Community:
    • Budget Amendments
      • Move $500 from CD-3 Proposed Donations to CD-14 Jester’s BBQ and donate it to the charity associated with the BBQ fundraiser
        • Amended
      • Create CD-31 CAP Agency Donation and fund it from CD-3 with $1000
        • Amended
    • Parks and Rec Halloween Event
      • It’s on Sat, Oct. 30th.  They are looking for help this year like they did last year.  He is looking for a Chairperson for this event.
  • Individual Development: 
    • Lab Night Credit Scores
      • It’s on October 7th at 7:30pm.  This is going to be on credit scores.
  • Public Relations:
    • The online store is ready, but we need to have the correct colors for our logo.
  • State Delegate 
    • Annual Convention Manpower Request
      • We are the closest chapter to the event.  We also have the current and future present.
      • Motion made by M. Cole-Harris to accept the offer to provide the manpower for Annual Convention in exchange for $500; 2nd by A. Weidenhamer; Motion carried.
